CPPC provides a FREE, no obligation assessment to each child/adult

We believe every individual requires a thorough assessment to ascertain the correct and appropriate prescription before treatment begins. We therefore provide a comprehensive free assessment to every person.

Before you visit us, we will send you a short questionnaire to complete. This gives us a good initial picture of the person requiring therapy and will be supplemented by additional historic and current medical questions asked during the assessment. We will keep this information on file for future visits.

Each child/adult will also be physically assessed by our therapists who will provide a realistic appraisal of what could and could not be achieved through therapy at CPPC.

Our assessment is always open and honest. If we feel that CPPC is not right for the child/adult, we will say so. We always have the best interests of the patient at heart.
